Thank you for visiting my hub page

I was born in the U.K. and moved here to the U.S. many years ago; I came for a vacation and never left.

I travelled through a lot of Europe and then the U.S. where I found my husband and settled down. We like driving trips towards Canada but never quite made it over the border.

When I read I like James Patterson and Frances Mayes.

I have made many friends on hubpages and love to read their hubs and learn. I have found inspiration in some of them that prompted me to write.

I started writing about 5 years ago putting my feelings on paper allowed me to vent my pent-up anger.

I then wrote two detective stories which were edited and shelved.

 I now write children’s stories mostly about cats and dogs, also there are other stories about birds, ducks and other animals all talking like you and I.

 The good news is two of my children’s stories are with an online-publisher.

I also try my hand at writing short poems when I get something to inspire me.
